My thoughts on child labor,

My thoughts on child labor are that it was cruel and unfair, they had to work over 10 hours a day and barely any time to be a kid. Instead they had to be like a  human machine working day and night, and having low pay to which is very unfair to the kids  who work hard everyday to support their families. It was a very unsafe place too, girls would have to work fast in the factories or they could get fingers or hand taken off, and the dust and lint in the factories would often make the kids sick from them breathing it in. Kids would get sick or or physical problem with their bodies and have to suffer for their family to be okay. I think child labor is wrong and should’ve stopped a long time ago, so children could go to school and have  an education.

I want to be a judge in the Supreme Court of the Judicial Branch because, I get to be in the highest court of the United States and get to judge the laws, to see if they break the rules of the Constitution, and the meaning of laws. I also get to be one of the 9 judges in the Supreme Court. I also will have a job for life because you can only quit if you either die or the state says so.

Judicial Branch members are determined by the president and confirmed by Senate

Decided if laws violate the Constitution

Is the third branch of government

Clarifys laws

Interprets the meaning of laws

Appointed for life if you have the job

Law’s meanings are decided by the Judicial Branch

 

Bill of Rights adds to this guaranteing other rights

Removed from office only by death or impeach

Applies laws to individual cases

Not make laws

Courts are what make the Judicial Branch

Highest court is Supreme Court

I did the Minecraft coding and it was a 6 because, it was a little more difficult than I expected it would be. It isn’t as easy as regular Minecraft and 3D. It was fun  but complex like Minecraft it was a pleasent experience I would do it again.

I think Betsy Ross is the creator of the American Flag because, they say that George Washington walked in and asked Betsy Ross to make the flag, and according to what I read they say she made the original stars on the flag. I’ve also read she was the one who help design the flag a little as in, put the colors in a pattern that made George Washington approved of. So maybe Francis Hopkinsons had the receipts, but a lot of passages I’ve read, said that Betsy Ross sewed the flag in her shop. So that’s why I think it’s Betsy Ross.
